Campus Rådmandsmarken, with 2000 students, is part of the Multidisciplinary University College of Copenhagen created on January 1st, 2008. The Campus is situated in Copenhagen and has contracted Compass Group's daughter company Eurest for all food and conference services.

 "Our core business is education and that is what we want to focus on", says Søren Bagge, Operations Manager of the Campus. "Efficient catering requires competences of quite another kind - efficient planning of menus and logistics, optimal resource management, competent handling of health and security issues etc. The collaboration with Compass Group gives us access to this competence while allowing us to continue focussing on our core business, which is to offer the best possible education within the fields we specialise in."
