Medirest runs and develops catering solutions for patients, staff and visitors in hospitals and homes for the elderly, for those living at home with care requirements and for other catering environments in the healthcare and care sector.

Within Medirest we use the Steamplicity, Cook serve, Cook chill and Sous vide production systems, and we are very familiar with all kinds of delivery systems for the healthcare and care sector. We also provide supplementary services in addition to the traditional catering service. For example, we run patient hotels including all related services.

For us, the meal is an important element of healthcare and care. Partly for the purpose of preventing illness, partly as an element of the actual treatment.
