Paul is a Chartered Management Accountant who has spent his entire professional life working in the service sector. He has been living in Sweden since 1995, and in many people’s eyes he is the one who put outsourcing on the Swedish map. He was recruited to the Compass Group in 2007 and charged with the task of developing the Nordic operation. Enjoys sport, especially football, rugby and long mountain bike rides, most recently a coast-to-coast ride across Britain.

Jonas has been working in the field of catering services for 25 years, and in various positions within the Compass Group’s Swedish operation for more than 10 years. Jonas wants to be where things are happening, and he spends more time with customers than in the office. Inspiration from the world of sport characterises his view of an effective organisation:

“Effective teamwork is necessary if an organisation as large as ours is to function. Developing my own sense of team play is something that I really focus on. This releases resources, which benefits everyone.”

Inge has extensive experience from the service sector, including more then ten years’ work in support services for the oil industry in Norway. Inge started in the Compass Group in 1996. Today he is responsible for the Group’s operations in Norway.
