Skövde Högskola, appointed to "Student city of the year 2008/2009"  in Sweden, chooses Eurest as a supplier of food service solutions. The contract is valid from 1 July 2009, and includes operating the restaurant, a meeting place for both students and staff, but also includes representation, catering and other arrangements. Skövde Högskola has 9000 students and 450 staff.

Eurest grows in the sector education and will from September also operate restaurant and café at Halmstad Högskola. Eurest is previously established at Göteborg Universitet, Linköping Universitet and Umeå Universitet.
